HOW TO ORDER:

1. FRONTSIDE:

What do you want the tag to say? A silly phrase? We can do pet names, logos, and other artwork.

2. DESIGN: 

How do you want your tag to look? Examples may include: Girly, Retro, Bold, Cutesy, Cartoonish, Simple, etc. This is where you also provide details such as you want hearts, stars, flowers, sparkles, etc. The more details you can give us, the better your first proof will turn out. 

3. BACKSIDE: 

What contact information do you want on the backside? We recommend 1-5 lines, 15 characters per line. A letter, number, punctuation and spaces all count towards your character limit.

DURABILITY:

This is our classic custom dog tag option is not durable enamel. This type of tag is not recommended for tag chewers. Custom enamel pet tags are not available.

LEAD TIME:

Please allow 3-5 business days for to receive your first proof via email. A reasonable amount of edits is provided until you're happy with the final outcome. If you have a deadline, please contact us first prior to ordering to ensure availability for a rush order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, including political tags, religious tags, or other topics that gives us the ick.

Your custom tag proof will be emailed to you within one week of purchase. It is your responsibility to check your email (including your junk, spam & promotional folders) and approve your proof. We will NOT ship your order until you have approved the final design. Failure to check your email or approve your proof means your order will not ship.
